  We arrived a little before 9 P.M. Tonight asked our Waitress what time they close and she told us 10 P.M. I'm sorry I'm gonna back up a little here... We walked in we just kind of stood there for like 5 mins. & were never greeted didn't know if we're suppose to seat ourselves so we went & seated ourselves. The waitress came over pretty much right away. So Kudos to her good job!!! I ordered French Onion soup I was actually excited cause it's been quite a while since I had it also probably been about honestly 30 plus yrs. Since I've been to a Ground Round!! So I get my soup I'll say temp. was warm so didn't know at the time I had got this guys attention I told him my soup wasn't hot he took my soup brought it back out to me & hmmmm still maybe luke warm my sister even tried it & warm so never mind now whatever... here comes my burger & you'll never guess warm if that for the temp of the meat my sisters mashed potatoes cold & my Nieces burger maybe warm & her fries bet you'll never guess warm!!! So disappointing!!!! Come to find out the guy that took my soup back to heat up was the Manager!!! Wow Pretty Scary!!! The waitress even touched one of the fries & agreed maybe warm. So Manager comes over offers to cook good over again by then were like no thanks!!! They're excuse was well the kitchen starts to break things gotten close to closing. Well maybe you should let your Customers know then if you come at 9:00 p.m your gonna get maybe warm food!! You know, I work in A restaurant not to far from there & if this is the quality of food your serving I'll take your customer's gladly & cook them some hot food!!! A little confused because if your open till 10:00 maybe you should train your kitchen they shouldn't break down their Kitchen until your last customer is served & ok with their food!!!! Will I be back probably not well not anytime soon!!! Very disappointing!!!
